Campaign setup privacy
Manual prompt setup does not require keyword research or AI drafting. If you choose AI setup, ChatTrack sends your domain, market, category/product/service priorities and (for branded Full Visibility discovery) public brand or trading name to DataForSEO. Campaign priorities, discovery goals, customer areas, selected keyword data, starter templates and existing questions are sent to DeepSeek to draft suggestions. Do not include confidential personal information in this brief.
Research datasets and AI suggestions are stored privately for 30 days in Cloudflare R2 and reused only within the same project setup. Accepted questions, their intent and bounded provenance references, and your setup configuration remain in your account after the temporary research expires. Template suggestions have no keyword evidence. Unaccepted edits are only saved when you accept the question. Authorized account administrators can access setup research.
Address search sends the text you type and the selected country to Google Places. ChatTrack retains selected Place IDs and branch labels you enter separately. Google address suggestions and returned address details are displayed temporarily and are not stored in the research cache or sent to DeepSeek. Viewing an address again may request its details from Google.
Google's Privacy Policy applies to Google Maps Platform services. Provider requests also use their network and billing infrastructure. ChatTrack records bounded request status and usage metadata to enforce budgets without storing provider credentials in the browser.
Signing in
You can use an email code or, when available, Google sign-in. Google supplies your verified email and basic profile information to Neon, our authentication provider. This identifies your ChatTrack account and does not grant Analytics or Search Console access. Those connections are separate and can use different Google accounts.
Optional Google Analytics connection
If an Account Admin connects GA4, ChatTrack uses read-only access to show website sessions and engagement by AI referral source. The Admin chooses the property and exact website hostnames and confirms sharing the selected reports with project members. ChatTrack stores that selection and an encrypted Google refresh token. Aggregate reports are cached temporarily in server memory; no visitor identifiers or raw events are requested or stored. Landing-page query strings are excluded. These Analytics reports are not sent to the setup research or AI drafting providers.
An Account Admin can disconnect from AI referrals to remove this project's saved Google credentials and disable report access. Other projects' Google connections are not revoked. You can also revoke the app's Google access in your Google account.
